What is the pricing?
Monthly rent and lot rent are being finalized as the development progresses. Join the interest list and you will receive pricing as soon as it is released, before it goes public.
When can I move in?
Homes are set and released in phases. Move in dates for Phase One will be confirmed shortly. Share your target date on the form and we will let you know what is realistic.
Can I tour the property?
Yes. We can walk the site with you or set up a video call if you are relocating from out of the area. Select the tour option on the form or reach out directly.
Where exactly is the community?
At 302 East Purdue Street on the north side of Lubbock, just off Interstate 27. Downtown is about ten minutes south, and Texas Tech is about twelve.
Is financing available for a purchase?
Financing for manufactured homes is widely available, including programs aimed at first time buyers. We can point you toward lenders who work in this market.
